#961 - Can't get it to work on SugarCRM CE 6.5.18

I installed it according to your instructions validated the license, then did a repair and refresh, however it gives me a message saying Administrator has disabled GSync for this user, contact administrator to enable it.

Hi,
You are on right path! Just go under Admin Settings, scroll down and at the bottom of screen see this link "GSync Users Configuration", click on it and then move your desired User to "GSync enabled Users List" and "Save" settings.
Now your user has access to GSync Module.

Hi I still can't get it to work followed instructions on point 13-14 when I hit refresh does not do anything. and I never get to see the GSync Configuraation part which is shown in Point 14. so no user is being allowed access.
Can you tell me what to do I can be reached at (416) 398-1700 or we can do a Chat where you can help me do it as it is not working.
