#1612 - Accounts not showing up

Hello, I've installed the RT SalesMap according to the instructions and my accounts are not showing up. Also, the map defaults to be over Europe. Is there a way to default it to be over the US? I've also checked on the scheduled job and it has run successfully each time. I have see the number of Non Geo Coded accounts drop. When I first tracked it, it was 73,843 record and it is now at 73,598. We are running SugarCRM 7.5
