Getting the following error in log. Fri Nov 6 16:38:02 2015 [25438][1][FATAL] Import user Email scheduler cannot connect to mail server id: dab40624-9747-8e26-6988-55f9c1f7f357 Fri Nov 6 16:38:02 2015 [25438][1][FATAL] Job 1e3c0bd4-2c3a-d801-bd21-563cd710fa91 (GSync- Archive Emails) failed in CRON run Could this be caused from us using two factor auth.? Should we be using app specific pass?

    Hi,

    Can you please make sure that Cron job is setup correctly for your instance , If yes then please make sure Gmail Id Authentication is working correctly. Did you perform Gmail Id Authentication and Were you redirected on Allow access screen popup when you saved Gmail Id and password under profile settings?
