#2039 - Installed everything correctly, but not syncing in calanders

Hello There, I have installed everything correctly, i am using suite crm. Although my callender isnt syncing?

    When i do cron -l

    This is what shows: *** * * * * cd /opt/bitnami/apps/suitecrm/htdocs; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1**

    Hi,

    Please tell which version of RT GSync are you using. For SuitCRM, only Gsync Sugar 6 is compatible. In case you have installed the wrong package, please uninstall it and re-install the GSync Sugar 7 package.

    Also make sure pop-ups are allowed on your browser and your Gmail account has allowed access to RT GSync.

    If your issue persists than please share with us your Sugar credentials on support@rolustech.com so that our technical team can check the configurations.

    Note: Do not share your credentials on Sugar Outfitters. Only send them in an email to support@rolustech.com
