#2406 - Automatic Syncing of emails from Gmail with SugarCRM

Hi, We're currently using SugarCRM and use gmail as our main email service.. Would this extension (RT GSync) be able to automatically assign emails received AND sent with Contacts / Leads / Account and Targets ? So, if I sent an email to example@example.com, and have an Account which has example@example.com as its email, would this extension, automatically link it with that record? Thanks, Clifford

    Hi Clifford,

    Yes, RT Gsync does that by default. All sent/received emails will be automatically archived against the relevant record inside your Sugar.
