#2577 - Microsoft Sync Framework 2.0 is not installed

Hello, We have Implicit for SuiteCRM on 2 machines and it is working great. On one machine however, it gives an error when opening up outlook. It says "Microsoft Sync Framework 2.0 is not installed . Please contact your system administrator". What is the fix for this and why would it be happening on one machine and not another? We are on trial and about to purchase in 2 days. Thanks, Matt
