#3856 - No configuration possible, No drop down of actions in the user
Hi, I'm trying to get your tool up and running. I also changed the proxy before installation. I can validate the key, but then that's it. No configuration is possible (if necessary) and I can't see any dropdown list for actions in the user view. It only shows "Edit" and the other standard buttons. Any idea?

Hi there, Happy to help. I just installed to a new install of Sugar On Demand and it is working as expected. I don't have an easy way to test onsite via proxy but expect it to work. What version of Sugar are you running? Do you have extensive code changes to your instance? Did you look into logs to see if you are catching any errors? Thanks! Davis

Hi Davis, we are running on 7.9.3, but we are using SSO. Could this be the reason that it doesn't work?

It is hard to tell what is causing the issue. Have you run a QRR? Is your instance highly customized? Will you upgrade to 8.0 soon and if so, do you have a sandbox of 8.0 yet that you could test inetsudo in? Thanks! Davis
