#4719 - Dates are not populating after three days - Editing and saving records does not populate the dates

Closed Bug? created by Bud Hartley Verified Purchase 2 years ago
Maybe you can provide some direction? I created reports for the Accounts and Contacts modules that filters records that do not have data in the Last Activity Field. The report shows the Last Activity, the Last Email, and Last Call. All three fields are empty. The report also has the two fields that I created a few years ago: "Last Call with ____", and "Last Email with _____". There are thousands of Accounts and Contacts that have data in those fields and many of the dates are in 2022 - Some as recent as early this week. I have about 26 days left in the trial to get those fields from the Add-On populated so I can make the switch. How do I make this happen? I realize this week and next week are holiday weeks, but I hope someone looks at this and assists me in getting it to work. Thanks.
