Hello, just following up with this - this field will be amazing once we get help! Do you need anything else from me? Is there a number for support?

Hi there - I looked at the error and I believe the package you have downloaded was updated to work with the latest Sugar versions. There were some API changes introduced in Sugar 12.2 in SugarCloud that were also ported to Sugar 12.0.x patch. It looks like you're using Sugar 11.0.5. Is that the same version that you use in production? If you are on 11.0.x then the developer may need to provide you with an older package version.

Hi Matt, thank you for the response! Yes, we are on SugarCRM Version 11.0.5 (Build 327 E) (Q2 2021). This is a landed solution, we are not on and will not be moving to the cloud. Will the older version still be able to recalculate the activity fields on all Accounts? This is a big feature for us! Thank you in advance, and could you let me know when I might expect to receive this package?

Hi Leah - I just checked with Rafa from my team and he said that the issue is actually a PHP setting on your on-premise installation. Sugar 11.0.5 includes this new API but it won't work unless you change a PHP setting on your hosting environment.
Make sure that the PHP allow_url_fopen is ON https://www.php.net/manual/en/filesystem.configuration.php#ini.allow-url-fopen

Hi Matt, we updated this setting and bounced Apache and received a different error, which we don't know what it means - it says:
file get_contents(https://52.13.203.84/api/v1/ key/validate? public_key=08197207476c3ea8b8e59d602e0c f829&key=e10fe1 dc6b8c2dbc91bb66cdbc148 84&addon version=&host name=aspartame .internal.tenstreet.com&site_url=https%3A%2 F%2Faspartame.internal.tenstreet.com&suga r_version=11.0.5&sugar_edition=ENT&user_c ount=197&adminuser_count=17&group_use r_count=0&db_type=mysql): failed to open stream: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known
What can we do to resolve this one? Thank you so much for your help!
