#4697 - Using multiple IP's subnets

Closed Bug? created by Ian Belcher 2 years ago

Hi,

We have been testing the new subnet functionality, and it would appear we need to enter the IP's in a very specific order, otherwise, the policy reverts to block and is ineffective.

Can you please advise if this is expected behaviour and if it is how we should be ordered the IP's correctly?

Thanks, James

    Hello James,

You can add IP addresses and IPs with subnets comma separated in any order. Eg. 192.168.0.1,10.0.0.0/24,10.0.0.0/32,223.190.85.174,223.190.85.174/24

NOTE: These IPs and the IPs that fall under those subnets will only be allowed to log in. For the case 10.0.0.0/24 The IP range starts from 10.0.0.0 to 10.0.0.255. IPs that fall under this range will be allowed to log in.

If you are still facing any issues please share the format in which you are trying to add the IPs with the subnet and elaborate your requirement.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
