#1362 - Not able to install the theme

Hello There,

Hope all is well. Just purchased a theme but when I upload using the module uploaded, it says "Invalid Package". I have used different browsers and even tried FTPing the files and still no luck installing it. Would you please help?

    Hello,

    The error suggests that the problem is because of file permisison issues on the server. Give the directory and files a correct permissions and ownership recursively to the "upload" folder on the root directory of sugar. If you face any problem get in touch with us on skype.
