#262 - Cant create any tickets
Hi, my colleague "Manuel Kanke" bought the Premium Theme For SugarCRM CE the last days and weve installed it today. Nearly everthing is working but i cant create any ticket (Cases). The error was always in a window. Nothing more. {"content":" What can i deliver to you that you can fix this error ?

Hello Jens,
Can you tell us which version of SugarCRM CE are you using? Like 6.5.15 or something? Can you give us the details of customizations you may have done for Cases module?
2 check points, Try Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild. Try disabling AJAX for module Cases.

Hi, we are using 6.5.13 1)Ive repair and rebuild and it diddn´t work. 2)Only some new fields inside and one selfmade cascading picklist
Ive disabled AJAX for this module in the config_override.php and then it worked fine.
