      when replying on email or new email, from customer record, email from customer is not populated , it does in core sugar

    There is a newer version (3.0.1) which should be available under "My account" -> "Purchases" -> "Quick email composer". An upgrade to the newer version should fix the issues.

      Tested and the contacts email address is still not automatically populated when creating and email from a case related to a contact.

      Hi Kristian,

      My mistake, this is not a functionality that is currently available in the quick email composer, however, it is on the roadmap to be added further ahead.
