#2709 - Does Not Work Cant Log In

When I installed the app I tried to log in from our device . We reiceved an error and we couldn't log in.

When we contacted the developer he asked us for a log . What if whe don't have time and or know how to get it out ?

    The php error log is usually the same as Apache error log. Most of the time it would be in /var/log/apache2 or /var/log/httpd.

    You might also have a look at sugarcrm/suitecrm log.

    As the error happens on the server, we need your help to find where the problem is.

    Could you please also check in module loader that our module appears as installed. (Installation might have been only partially completed)
