#3301 - Add audio note not working

Hello. The app works great but if I select contact, account, lead, etc and try to add an audio note nothing happens on my phone. If i do this on tablet it works fine. Adding text note and photo note works fine on phone. This is unmodified android phone OnePlus3 Thanks

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, all manufacturers and even devices have different versions of Android, even when they have the same version number. So, that problem could be device-specific.

    When you say nothing happens, do you mean the recorder doesn't even show up, or do you have a problem when confirming the recording?

    Well,

    After checking specifications, OnePlus 3 is not pure Android, but Android + OxygenOS. So, I guess the problem comes from that extension
