#2516 - Analytics Reporting Tool Trial | Can't Install

I just downloaded the trial for Analytics Reporting Tool. When I try to install the package, I get a blank page with only this line of text: Including: cache/upgrades/temp/C473.tmp/scripts/pre_install.php I am running SugarCRM CE Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001) with Google Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 I am also the network administrator so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. I have tried this installation from my desktop as well as our server that hosts SugarCRM. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you in advance! -Vanessa
