Hi,
Does your AR tool support snapshot /historical reporting?
Eg leads converted in January, cases that were assigned to a user last week, etc.
If so, can you provide some insight into how this is done in your tool? I have access to the tool but am new to it - I've never used it to demo alongside Sugar before.
