#3374 - Inaccurate Report Results
Hi, I'm seeing discrepancies between SuiteCRM's native Lead reporting and the results I'm getting in Analytic Reporting. In the system we have one lead with a particular name, say Sandra Smith, and a custom field set to a value of, say, MyForm. In Analytic Reporting, using a simple report with no aggregates or grouping, I see 3 Sandra Smiths, all with the wrong custom field value. I also see a few leads that do not exist at all in the system anymore, even when I filter to exclude recycled and dead leads. Any idea what might be going on or how I might troubleshoot this problem?

Hello Jody,
Analytic Reporting Tool can access all data in your Database, even if they are deleted in Interface while still available in your tables.
In order to dismiss deleted entries, under tab 'Filters' in your report, please add filter for field 'Deleted' => Unchecked - you should do this for each module in your report.
