#3936 - License key does not exist
Hi Support,
We have installed this plugin trial version. After installation, we we try to validate the license key, but it gives an error that 'Key does not exist'. Can you please look into this issue.

Can you try to validate key several times and ensure, there is no space or extra symbol? If this doesn't help, can you please send us the key to e-mail: info@itsapiens.eu - so that we can test if it works?

Hi,
we can confirm that the key is active and valid- we managed to validate it from one of our instances. To validate the key it is checked against the SugarOutfitters license validation API - https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/api/v1 Can you make sure that your instance is set up such that it can reach the API endpoint? Checking the key usage history it was validated only from my instance and it seems when you tried to validate the key it never reached the server.
I'll also forward this to SguarOutfitters and hopefully they can provide some input.
