#4180 - Customer Journey reporting
Hiya,
I am working your product in Sugar on-demand v9 Enterprise & I am having an issue with the display of Customer Journey reporting. We have the plugin v4.8.3 of Customer Journey
In Analytics Reporting I am not able to obtain the detail in the Current Stage, all that is returned is the Customer Journey URL not the title of the stage they are at.
ie
- Analytic Reporting shows Current Stage = https://.sugarondemand.com/#DRI_Workflows/02c1abf6-a2ca-11e9-8bc7-0227d4d755c8
- OOTB Sugar Report module shows Current Stage = Lead / Enquiry
I would like to see Lead / Enquiry instead of the URL to the Customer Journey.
Any help will be greatly appreciated & also any details on any Customer Journey stock reports would be great.
