#4296 - Key does not exist
We have started getting "Key does not exist" in our SugarCRM system. We have verified key more than once but the same error is being received in response. Please help.
Secondly, previously the key was generated for 36 users. What if we reduce it to 35 users. Will the system generate a new key for revised users OR it will remain the same?

Related issue with the license - when we look at license verification log, it tells us that it is OK now, - just checking, - does it work for you now, or is there still an issue?
