#4857 - 'Couldn't complete the connection' message

I'm getting in contact again as I'm still having trouble with setting up this webhook. The license key is now validated, and when I log into Hubspot to begin the process, I get this error:

'Couldn't complete the connection. Authorization failed as a redirect URL __________ doesn't match the app's registered redirect URL. Please consult the app developer'

Please may we have some assistance?
