When running the installation it always fails with: An error occurred downloading the following resource: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=253118&clcid=0x409
From the log file I am getting:

I have tried on a Windows2012, Windows 10, Windows 11 and the above is from a WIndows Server 2022 - same result - same error
