#4512 - Instructions don't match reality
In MS Office, I am supposed to install the add-in from a URL, and the URL was supposed to be provided with the license key. Unfortunately there was no URL provided, neither in the emails I received nor in the SugarOutfitters Download section. I do have the license key.

Sorry. found it in the readme.pdf file

Still no joy. I installed the Frontend Module on SugarCRM, added the ifo365 API and entered all the relevant data in the login dialogue in the Outlook Implicit FrontEnd Add-in but get an error message "Invalid CRM url. Network Error. make sure you have CORS enabled on you CRM server instance."
I checked and the module installed is called "Implicit FrontEnd Customization", and not "Implicit FrontEnd CORS Installer" as in the screenshot provided in the instruction. I did however install the files I downloaded from that same instruction page. See attached screenshot.

Please see the instructions here: https://www.outlook-integration.com/Docs/preconfigsugarcrm

Thanks, that's where I downloaded the flies under point 1 which resulted in the Implicit FrontEnd Customization Module being installed as per the screenshot.

Is your Sugar instance accessible from the outside? If so, can you send the URL? We can check remotely if CORS is enabled

Hi, yes it is accessible, the URL is cresearch.sugarondemand.com

Hi,
We were able to access your instance. Of course, we received an "Invalid User name/password" screen but that means that CORS is enabled. Can you please do the following:
Try logging in with incorrect user name/password. If you get the same error screen - that means that you can verify on your end that CORS is enabled. If not, that means that there is a network connectivity issue (firewall, proxy etc.) on your end that's blocking the request. Try accessing from a different location.
If you get the "Invalid User name/password" for incorrect user name/password but you still get the "No CORS" screen after logging in with correct credentials - that means that after login there is a re-direction to another location that doesn't have CORS (we've seen a customization that behaves like that).

Hi, I tried both the wrong and correct credentials and get an "Invalid CRM url" error for both. I am not entering a LDAP Authentication Encryption Key. I then tried logging on with a VPN running on my machine - still the same problem. Next I deactivated the VPN and tethered to my iPhone rather than using the WiFi. Still the same error message. I'm including a screenshot of the login screen to make sure we're talking about the same thing.

That's a different error. It does not say CORS is missing. Try specifying HTTPS in the URL

Just did. Now I get an error saying that CORS is not installed, both when using my correct credentials or false ones. I am attaching screen shots from the error message, the module on SugarCRM and the files I uploaded for our Sugar instance.

Is that it? No more suggestions? Shall I just deinstall and cancel?

Trying to reactivate this case as I stupidly did not cancel the subscription and have now been charged after the 30 day trial. I need your help to complete this installation, please. Is there any phone support? Any suggestions what to try next? Many thanks
