#4089 - Unable to install the package on SugarCRM OnDemand 8.3
We are unable to install the package on SugarCRM OnDemand 8.3 as I am getting the below errors

Hi, are you sure the module is working because it seems that upload is not working and on further debug it seems that below file is missing

Hello,
That part is good, there was an issue with the other part of the logic that was fixed but by mistake was not included in the package.
We have updated the package and verified that FTP upload is working.
Also I have attached an example of the FTP configuration just so that you can compare it to yours and verify that it is correct.

Forgot to write in previous response that we have uploaded package 2.0.2 that should have FTP working correctly.
