We are unable to install the package on SugarCRM OnDemand 8.3 as I am getting the below errors

    We have created a new release of Report Exporter 2.0.1 in which we have addressed the issues that you listed.

    Can you please download the latest version Report Exporter and try to install it?

    Hi, are you sure the module is working because it seems that upload is not working and on further debug it seems that below file is missing

    Hello,

    That part is good, there was an issue with the other part of the logic that was fixed but by mistake was not included in the package.

    We have updated the package and verified that FTP upload is working.

    Also I have attached an example of the FTP configuration just so that you can compare it to yours and verify that it is correct. FTP_example.png

    Forgot to write in previous response that we have uploaded package 2.0.2 that should have FTP working correctly.
