#4813 - Issue with Whats App Integration
Hello, We are a partner of SugarCRM - Enable.Services
We are raising this case on behalf of our customer Core37/Odd Balls.
Customer has brought the package from Verity They have a licence which has been validated They have the integration set up with Twilio correctly They have a Whats App Business Account
They have 2 Issues
Test 1 Outbound Whats App Message from SugarCRM
Steps to Replicate Navigate to a Contact Record Contact record must have mobile telephone number populated Can confirm the international code has been populated
Click on Whats App Icon
Pop up displayed "Sending WhatsApp" To (recipients) field is populated Message : Type in message you want to send to Contact
Select Send Now
Call Record is populated under the Contact with Status of Sent Message has been populated in the Invitation Body - Note this is the core description field used by SugarCRM - Display label is only different
Expected Behaviour
Contact receives the Whats App message on their mobile
Actual Behaviour
No Message has been received
Test 2 Inbound Whats App Message from SugarCRM
Steps to Replicate Using same Contact in Test 1 Contact has sent a Whats App message to mobile number used for Whats App Integration
Expected Behaviour
Notification of a New Whats App Message is received in the SugarCRM
Actual Behaviour
No Notification has been received

Hello Enable Projects Team I have already connected to Matthew on skype and we found that Twilio whatsapp service is not activated on their account. If the service is activated then we can connect on skype for further discussion.
