#4396 - Trying to send an email blast today but having issues

For some reason I don't believe our list is poplulating correctly into Mailchimp from SugarCRM. I've added multiple contacts and the # of recipients is not reflected by it. Please reach out ASAP.

    Hi Frank,

    Happy to help. There could be a few valid reasons why the numbers in Mailchimp don't match what appears in Sugar. These scenarios can be found here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021151512-My-CRM-and-Mailchimp-Counts-Do-Not-Match

    If that doesn't answer the issue, we can look further to see if we're getting any kinds of errors. The steps to this are below:

    1. From within Sugar Admin, navigate to SugarChimp's Health Status page
    2. Change the /health-status portion of the URL to /adminbatches
    3. Click Show along the left hand side and see if you have any errored operations
    4. For any errors, click Download Link and send the file that downloads mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com (if they all have errors, you can just send along a few.
