#5 - Add Redirect URL param for license config.php

Add a new param to your config.php that specifies the page the user should be directed to after they enter a license key.

In my apps workflow after module loader they put in license key... then they should get redirected to the module admin page so they can configure the module.

    Added a continue_url param to the config and deployed to latest SampleLicenseAddon.zip
