Is it possible to create a report on tags so that I am able to which contacts are tagged with a particular tag?? I tried and was not able to because tagMe and Contacts are related modules.

Hello Harsh,
You can do similar thing in List view or else use tag Cloud dashlet, choose a particular tag, and it will list out all records sharing same tag.
In reports, you will not get the filter of these fields because of database type being text.

Right. That's the method I would use to filter out a particular tag. However, what if I want to filter out two tags? Example: I want to know which contacts have been tagged for "awesome" AND "cool"? The list view can't do a condensed search like that so I was wondering if Reports would be the way to go.

Well, we can extend search in list view, but that leads to an un-upgrade safe change. I see that you are using Reports, is it PRO+ edition? Is it on-demand hosted?

Ok, is it hosted on SugarCRM on-demand? If it is hosted on on-demand, we will not be anyway customize anything which is un-upgrade safe.

Yes sure! Happy to help.. There is limitation of SugarCRM which doesn't allow us to change custom search query! Hope that gets resolved in upcoming versions!!
