#2828 - Licensing problem
Hi,
It seem that we have a licensing problem with tagme. We have updated tagme last december and, with your support (support case #2773), were able to use it since then. But today, we no longer see the tags. If we click on "validate" the license key in Admin->TagMe License Configuration, we have the following message: "Error: Free Trial has expired and payment failed. Update payment information on SugarOutfitters to continue usage.".
Before the upgrade, we didn't have any problem with the license. I can send you the invoice if you want.

"Test URL" means SuiteCRM link with admin credentials where the licensing is not working.

I cannot give you admin access to our SuiteCRM. I'm sure there is another way than let you have admin access, it's a licensing problem.

Urdhva Tech,
I believe the scenario was that Joel made a purchase a couple of years ago. An upgrade was then made that was on a new plan. You worked may have worked something out with Joel to help migrate to the new plan. Perhaps a coupon was created to help with that migration? Whatever the case was, it looks like a trial was started for the new plan and it is now an expired trial.
If you worked something out I suggest creating a coupon to cover this scenario. Then Joel can use the coupon during checkout to get a valid license key.

If you revalidate the license key for tagMe it should be begin working again. Sorry for the troubles here! We hit a unique edge case.
