Hi,

I am trying to assign a predefined tag as part of a workflow. Basically when a value changes in a lead (for example a status) or a new lead is created, I need to assign a predefined tag from workflow. Can you tell me how to do this ?

Hello Steve,

Thanks for using our add-on. You can assign the tag from workflow but in that case existing tag will be overwrite for that particular record.

Hello Steve,

From workflow you can overwrite the existing tags for that particular record. For delete the tag from existing record you can do it via EditView.
