    Thank you for your support.

    We have already installed the plugin. Now we are using the app but we cannot access to the Account and Contact modules in spite of it seems the permissions have been granted. Please could you help us?

    Hello Dear,

    Can you please let us know where you are facing this issue? are you facing this on CRM side or in the App?

    Would you please check after doing repair roles, you can do repair roles from Administration > Repair > Repair Roles.

    If you still face the issue then please share some screenshot of the error message so we can check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Also, please make sure that you are logged in the App with the same user with which you are logged in the CRM.
