Hello mtuttle,
Sorry for the inconvenience. It should work. Can you please verify that permissions/ownerships are correct on the newly added file ? If it is set correctly then please check whether WebToModule is Ajax disabled or not. You can make module Ajax disabled from admin >> System Settings. Still you get the same error then please come up on Skype so we can resolve it fast. Our Skype id is : urdhvatech
Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

Hello Valentina,
Sorry for the inconvenience, I thought you are on the SuiteCRM. It should work with SugarCRM 7.9. Are you getting any error into sugarcrm.log or into apache log? Also please tell us the exact version of SugarCRM you are using we will check into that same version and get back to you.
Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

Hello Valentina,
Thanks for the information it helped us the identify the main issue. It seems while working on sugarCRM7.9.2.0 with the PHP7 version, it gives such error. It is working well with the older PHP version. We have released the latest version(WebToModule4.3-7x.zip) on the SugarOutfitters. Please download the latest package and install it. While un-installing the previous do not select the "Remove Tables" option otherwise all your WebToModule records will be removed from system if they are exist.
Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.
