Using the Customer Portal has been extremely well received by our customers, and further enhances our ability to automate processes using SugarCRM. From the first contact with AppJetty we have received outstanding support. To be able to use the Customer Portal within our company, we needed a few customizations which were handled as change requests with AppJetty. They have been very responsive, and delivered everything at the promised time. I highly recommend both the CRMJetty Customer portal and the excellent staff behind the product.
