How it Works

Outreach-Sugar Integration users are able to conveniently sync data from the Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Accounts modules, plus related activities. By setting filters, each user can select which modules and fields to sync.

The SugarCRM administrator selects which modules and fields will sync, along with the sync direction:
