#2826 - Duplicate Contact created
Hello,
we have a customer using Sugar PRO 7.8 and Mailchimp. Can forward the licence info privately if needed.
They use Sugarchimp to Sync a targetlist, using the sync fields Email address, First Name, Last Name, Salutation, Language.
They create customers in Sugar and plan to sync them to Mailchimp, which works fine.
From time to time, these contacts are then duplicated in Sugar. The original Contact records holds a lot of fields, and the one created somehow automatically holds only Email, First Name, Last Name, Salutation, Language. It seems it gets created by Sugrchimp. But as the Email address is the same, should this not prevent duplication?
