Have calculated fields and logic hooks that your business depends on for reporting and business logic. Unfortunately those rules only run when a record is saved. Background Updater runs in the background to ensure your records are regularly updated so you can be sure your data is up to date.
#3347 - What kind of filtering/criteria is available?
Hi Very neat idea! In order to not update all records, there must be a criteria or filtering. Use case would be only update open Opportunities (not 0% or 100%). What options are there? thanks, KGM

Right now I do not have any filtering built in. I have thought about how to implement that but I haven't worked on that feature yet. It could potentially get tricky with custom fields and fields being removed etc.

Hi again. I would say that a criteria / filtering would be a total must for this plugin to be scalable and useable. For example, similiar criteria og Sugar Advanced Workflow uses. Just a tip :) Thanks, KGM
