    * The errors you are facing maybe due to some compatibility issues. We have followed up with you on this and asked for your instance details on this matter through support@rolustech.com. Kindly check your inbox and respond.

    * This is by default functionality of our plugin that map is focused on United States instead of Europe. We will introduce this refocusing customization in our upcoming release. For now we are providing customization to our clients who are interested in this feature.

    * It is the limitation of Google API that 1000 records are geo-coded per day. So our plugin works this way. For this we have also offered you to extend your trial for 30 days so that you can check the Sales Map plugin properly.

    I had to uninstall this Plug in due to hundred of errors being thrown per hour. The support for the product is at best terrible. I'v read through several of the tickets and it seems these folks need to be coerced to fix things. There is a common thread to have the map refocused on the United States instead of Europe. They have obviously done this for other customers so why nuke everyone for the change each time. Make it a configuration item. Also, with several thousand customers to be geo coded, it would have take more than the 30 days to get all addresses working. Glad this is the 30 day trial and I can still cancel my purchase.

    I've installed the product but can't get it to work with the Shipping addresses in our Accounts. I've checked the Scheduler as per your installation guide but it is set up inline with your instructions.
    I've also emailed you for assistance but no response.
