Installation Guide

Important Note: There is no download for this add-in. Once purchased from SugarCRM marketplace, it is installed directly from Microsoft AppSource.

For Administrators:

  1. Please review and follow the installation steps described in the online Admin Guide.
  2. CRM Administrators - We highly recommend that you install the software on your own desktop first so that you can configure it and publish the configuration to all your users.

For Users:

  1. If you admin has already installed the Implicit for Outlook add-in on the Microsoft 365 corporate account and it shows up in Outlook, please review and follow the installation steps described in the online User Guide to launch and configure the software.
  2. If you wish to run the Implicit for Outlook trial on your Microsoft 365 personal account and you have permissions to install Outlook add-ins on your personal account, please review the user-level installation steps.
  3. Please note: There are several steps that need to be taken by your CRM administrator before you can install Implicit for Outlook add-in. Please see: CRM Admin Installation.
