Define contact frequencies/rules for repeatable activities.
To ensure that repeatable activities are carried out efficiently, it is important to establish clear contact frequencies and rules. This includes determining how often contact should be made, who should be responsible for making the contact, and what the content of the contact should be.
KIT Configuration
KIT Configuration can be used to create one or more rules for individual users and activities.

When the user changes the status of the KIT activity to "Held" or "Completed", an activity is automatically scheduled according to predefined rules.
