Configuration
Go Admin >> CSAT configuration
Open Nicereply configuration
Insert the API Key, Company URL and the survey name that should be mapped with Sugar.
Where can I get the API key?
Go to Account >> Admin and generate an API Key that you can then copy to the settings.

Where are the Email templates with the Nicereply survey stored?
The Email template is installed as an extra module. You can customize it with HTML and CSS for your needs. If you need assistance, we are ready to help.
