Quick Info is a SugarCRM add-on that helps users view linked records with no clicks. Investigate related information as deeply as you need without wasting time switching windows or tabs.
Configuration Guide
The purpose of configuring is to specify Quick Infos - the content for the splash windows considering the module the link refers to.
1. Navigate to Quick Info module to browse the Quick Info descriptions
2. Create a new record or edit the existing one
3. In a record view, select Target Module - the module the linked record belongs to. Then specify Target list fields so that they reveal on the infotip pop-up window while the user is hovering the mouse pointer over the link. Use + for adding multiple fields to display
