INSTALLATION
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To install and use the Shape My Sugar module, you must have an original Sugar version where you have administrative rights. Your Sugar original source code must not be changed so that the installation can be done in the best conditions. The customizations done using the Studio are supported.
SYNOLIA cannot be held responsible for the use you make of the Shape My Sugar module.
INSTALLATION
Shape My Sugar is installed like a standard module using the « module loader » in the Developer Tools of admin section of your Sugar.
To install the package, search for the archive using the “Browse” Choose File button (1), click on the “Upload” button (2).
Once uploaded, it will show up in the available modules list. Click on the “Install” button to start the installation process.
Accept the license terms and click on “Commit” to install.
The installation is automatic, wait until the following screen appears :
INSTALL CONDITIONS
For reasons to keep customizations previously done, if the files below exists, the installation is not possible.
If they exist on your Sugar, installation will be stopped. This check is not performed if the module is updated. On SugarCRM’s OnDemand hosting you will be redirected to the module loader webpage.

LICENCE
The Shape my Sugar user license must be entered in the dedicated SYNOLIA module.
For any Shape my Sugar purchase made on SugarOutfitters, the key can be found in the Account >> Purchases menu.
The key must be pasted in the corresponding box of the license manager.
Once the entry has been saved, the license status appears:
In the absence of a valid license, the following message will be displayed in the Sugar administration:
UPDATE
Updating Shape my Sugar is done by installing the new package over the existing one.
Installing it will update the previously installed one.
UNINSTALL
UNINSTALL
Shape my Sugar module can be uninstalled using the << Module loader >> in the Admin section.
Simply click on the << Uninstall >> button.
Click on << Commit >> to start the uninstall process.
Let the uninstall process complete.
Important : Uninstall will restore the original theme of Sugar :
