Please Note:
You'll need to download the "Implicit for Teams - SugarCRM.zip" file. This is the file that your admin would need to install the app in Teams. Please see here.
In order to access SugarCRM from Teams, you’ll need to first install the Implicit Extension Package. The process is described in: Installing Implicit Extension Package on the CRM Server.
