Hi The plugin do not support Drill-Down. We have not been able to find a way to make this upgrade safe and at the same time support all areas in Sugar.

It is supposed to be working on Contacts, I just tried with the latest version and it was working.
Can you attach screen shots and show me how the report is setup?

The versions 7.10 and 7.11 as you probably know are On-demand only releases and will not be released for On-Site customers officially. The Spring release will be called 8.0 (not 7.10) and will contain all functionality in 7.10 and 7.11 and of course more things.
If you say that you are preparing now for 7.10 I guess you are using some kind of unofficial release of 7.10 since this is not and never will be GA for On-site customers with a clear upgrade path. This we will not support at this point since it is not the normal use case.
We will support all releases going forward that are GA for On-site customers, this you don't have to be worried about.

Yes, Quick Email Composer will support the next On-site release of Sugar which will be 8.0. No support for 7.10 or 7.11 is planned at this point which is On-demand only releases.

Hi James Have you added the string "$current_record" to the report? As a best practice I recommend creating the report with the "$current_record" as RunTime filter so you can change the value to something you know exist in you environment to make sure the report is correct before adding in Intelligence Pane.

Which version of Sugar are you using and which version of the plugin?
I've tried this and it works for me when using Sugar 7.6, 7.7, 7.8 & 7.9 and version 1.3.4 of the plugin.
Is it possible for us to get a full export of your environment where you have this issue (code + database) for further investigation?

The plugin only supports Sugar 7, we have no plans right now to support Sugar 6.5. If you are not aware end of life for Sugar 6.5 is July 15, 2017.

Hi,
Does your user that you are logged in with on Facebook have Moderator access to the page or higher?
Does your user have access to the FB App that you have configured?
Try also to add the page id in the dashlet configuration, we've had some problems there.
The page Id that should be used is sanjoaquinrtd or 10150152963655093.
The posts should be listed in a few seconds, there is a bug there that doesn't display a proper error message.
If you still can't get it up and running we can take a meeting to look into the issue.

What patch version of 7.6 are you using? 7.6.?.?
Try to run the Quick repair and rebuild again, if it again says "database tables are synced with vardefs" the installation is successful.
In order for the Survey modules to appear in the menu you need to add it under "Admin -> Display Modules and Subpanels".
It is possible that you have to reload the page in order for the Survey Settings page to work. If not, is it possible for us to get access to this environment to have a look what may have gone wrong? The plugin is well tested on 7.6 so this should work.
I will make sure to update the documentation to aviod any misunderstandings like this one in the future.
