  Hi Joe, the current module is working on SugarCRM 7. 7.9 so if you download the module (part of the 30 day guarantee) you should only change the manifest file included in the zip to add 8.x version as supported platforms and replace the old manifest file in the zip file before uploading it on your CRM instance.

  Then it should work without any other change.

  First you can try the free trial included with Sugaroutfiters. You have a full 30 days money back garantee If it is not working as expected (that i doubt) we will hceck if this is only a manifest modification (declare the suitecrm version you're using) or a core modification within Suite product that must be enabled/added to our module.

  SugarCRM version ? flavor ? onsite or on demand ? PHP version used ?

  we are not aware of any problem regarding loading the field so maybe do you have an incompatibility regarding maybe other modules or development made on your instance ? did you try on a fresh one ?

  The message you get let me think about a problem in licence validation

  Bonjour Benoit,

  Addon has been designed only for 6.5 and up to 7.2 version I sucessfully tested it under OnDeamnd 7.10 right now and am looking for 7.9 version as well (please note 7.8 is officially not offered anymore by SugarCRM on demand servers so i can't test it on it)

  Hi micayarborough,

  As printed on this page, this is requiring extra-quotation The PDF template engine used in AOS to print the invoices needs code to update the engine to display the JPG images captured.

  We developped first the module for a specific user needs that was not using AOS modules.

  If you"re still on trial period, you can of course ask for a refund to Sugar Outfiters

  In deed the module was uploaded the last time in 2015 and so not compatible with SugarCRM 7.7 and higher Drop us an email at modules@captivea.fr and we'll see if we can send you an updated version.

  No photos have been sent with the case. Please include the exact product used + version + php and OS version.

  Please note that quick create forms are using sometimes old templating engine features that could render this kind of modifications useless. Our advices would then be to disable the quick create mode to display the full edit view instead. (to disable, simply rename or delete the file QuickCreate inside the module directory)

  Effectivement le module est donné compatible jusqu'à SugarCRM 7.7 uniquement. Notre équipe d'ingénieur a poussé la version 1.95 pour Sugar 7.8 ce jour. Nous l'avons testé sur l'environnement OnDemand à l'instant.

  En toute transparence, nous n'avons pas pu la tester sur un environnement OnSite, je vous invite donc à la tester sur votre instance de préproduction au cas ou vous ne soyiez pas sur le cloud de l'éditeur.

  Nous espérons que le module vous plait toujours autant! N'hésithez pas à solliciter Captivea si vous avez des besoins précis de développement autour de votre solution CRM !

  Le plugin de base stocke les images directement dans le répertoire "upload" associé au logiciel CRM (sous la forme nomduchamp _ id de la fiche) Il nous serait possible d'étudier le développement d'une version spécifique à votre besoin par notre service de développement et vous communiquer le devis attenant en nous envoyant un email à modules@captivea.com
