you can check out spicecrm (www.spicecrm.io) from github (vitis the website and go to the downloads page to find the link. The UI is the native Ui for SpcieCRM. You might be able tpo port it to SuiteCRM or just abandon SuiteCRM and swicth to SpiceCRM right away.

yes that is possible. You can create multiple Desktops. There is also a functionality to publish dashboards to other users. Yet this is officially still in a Beta Release.

sounds like you need to increase the post size on your webserver. Thre factors determine the file upload (1) post size on the web server. How you set this in nginx I do not know. Apache has it as a regular paramater (2) the php upload file size and (3) the upload file size in sugar itself.

it should work but there are some core modifications you will need to manually apply to SuiteCRM.
regards, christian.
PS: sorry for the lag in responding.

Just set the 20 reasons theme as default theme in sugarcrm. Then the login screen is switched.

you do have an issue with a modification or other thing you did (maybe another addon on your system). The theme does not chnge anything here and as you state it appears after a you did a dahslet cache cleanup. If it work if you switch back to the classic theme but not on our theme it would be ccertainly an issue of our theme. I recomment you check the php logs. might be an issue that there is a php error somewhere

(1) if you hover over the hom eicon the option to add a dashlet apperars. So if you select that option nothing happens? (2) if you for your user swtisch to the classic theme you can add a Dashlet?
Just wondring since the theme is not changing anything but just moved the button to make better use of the space on screen.

you can of course overwrite the definition in themes/20reasons/css/style.css to adopt to your needs for those elements. We have seen several customers make certain adjustments to the layout.
