I am electing to execute the 30 day refund provision on order number 4798, Enjay SMS Addon It is apparently not compatible with SuiteCRM 7.2.1 It overwrites functionality and requires files to be manually merged that are not upgrade safe, I have contacted Enjay developers directly and after much communication in both directions they have been unable to configure a working module in 8 days. I need to find a working solution for SuiteCRM 7.2.1

For clarification: 1. the SMS send is not recorded in the notes and history within SuiteCRM, I thought it was supposed to record the send in history like email does 2. The "generate letter" functionality of the PDF templates, stops working when SMS is installed 3. Understood One-Way only
The no 2 is critical I send contracts and offers out daily, How do we get that functionality back

I AM able to send a test msg from lead, contact, account, and opportunity modules SUCCESS
none of the test msg appear in the notes and history of lead, contact, account, and opportunity modules
the pdf template module is not functioning in lead, contact, or account module
? where do the replies go when a customer responds to the sms?
