Hi Team
Currently wishing to evaluate your plugin in conjunction with a Sugar v8 instance, however, notice the package deployment is limited to v7 variants only. The supported versions info, on the product “About” tab, suggests v8 compatibility.
Can you confirm?

Hi - This Add-on works up to v8.1.0.
Note: If your SugarCRM edition is above 7.8, then install the package DataQualityAnalyzer_V1.0 through Sugar's Administration module > Module Loader > Upload > Install > Commit.

Thank you for the reply.
That is unfortunately the package installer version that I attempted to use.
However, the deployment manifest file in this package version is specific in the Sugar version check – only permitting variances of Sugar v7, hence my original question.

Hi - This is still in progress. We have updated the add-on to V8.xx version, however, there still seem to be some compatibility issues with the list-view, which requires some code-level changes, and we are trying to resolve it ASAP among other priorities. Sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused. This might take another week, we will anyway keep you posted. Thanks for your understanding and patience in advance.

Thank you for the updated plugin.
I have now managed to successfully deploy this to a v8.X.X staging environment – thank you.
A couple questions:
1) Can we please extend the trial period for evaluation, as we now only have 7 days remaining to fully test the plugin for our needs?
2) Can you also confirm how the analysis page should actually be accessed? Currently this can only be accessed via a direct URL to the data quality analysis page, or via the License Configuration page itself, after validation. Should there be a dashboard?

We could not get your second question though. Did you mean the Add-on page on SugarOutfitter? or, how to access this Data Quality Analyzer (DQM) are within your Sugar CRM? Could you clarify?

The Add-on will be accessible under the "Admin" menu as shown in the attached screenshot . Let me know if this helps.

Hi Thank you for clarifying. Unfortunately the custom global menu item to which you refer, does not appear in our Sugar instance - hence my question.
I've attempted the usual admin actions in an attempt to get this menu item to appear, but no luck. Does this appear successfully with your own v8 instance please?

Hi - It appears on our V8 instance and we are able to access it with no challenges. Anyway, can you share with us the "Direct URL" or any other link that you used to access this add-on section?

I have only manged to access the DQA page via the following methods:
1) A direct URL reference, for example: https:///#data-quality-analysis
2) Navigating to SugarCRM Administration >> DQA License Validation >> Validate >> Continue

Hi - Can you try running a Quick Repair & Rebuild, clear your browser cache, and hard refresh the page (click in the URL bar and hit Enter), and see if the add-on listed under your Admin Profile menu?

The functionality of the plugin appears to be fine so far, through our functional evaluation and testing. However, accessing the DQA add-on still is not possible from the main global menu as yo suggest.
As previously explained, access to the DQA information can only be obtained in our instance by typing the direct URL to the data quality analysis page, or via the License Configuration page itself, after license validation.
Unfortunately current and previous attempts at Quick Repair & Rebuilds, along clearing of browser cache have not made any difference to this particular issue - no menu option is available.
