#1023 - How to create new List via Sync process from Sugar to Mailchimp
Hi,
I would like to create a list in Sugar and I want it to be created automatically in MailChimp. Is there any way to do it. As we have 100 thousand records and more than 300 lists. So its a tedious job to create these lists twice in sugar and in mailchimp.
Is there any work around?

Hi there, good question. We would like to make this possible, but MailChimp actually doesn't allow this with their API. They say it helps with abuse. If it ever gets added, we will find a way to implement it.
However, what I would recommend is to have a single master Target List in Sugar and MailChimp, you can then sync all of the Contact/Target/Lead/Account fields from Sugar into MailChimp and then you use MailChimp to segment/filter who you send your campaigns to. This makes it much simpler and it's how MailChimp and us recommend using the system.
